I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and enjoyed the beautiful pool area. The staff were friendly and always available to help with any requests. The location was perfect, allowing me to walk to the center of the city. Breakfast was delicious and made to order. a comfortable and clean hotel with great facilities.

We had a fantastic time during our recent stay in Tepoztlan. The facilities were top-notch, with a stunning pool area and beautifully landscaped gardens. The short walk to town was very convenient, allowing us to explore the local area without having to worry about car rentals or taxis. The staff were friendly and always available to help, and the traditional Mexican breakfast was a real treat!
While we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, there were a few minor inconveniences. The rooms were a bit close together, so you could occasionally hear other guests.

Great view of the mountains from the pool area, and the breakfast was yummy. the staff was attentive and friendly whenever I needed them. Plus, it was a great distance from the city center, away from all the hustle and bustle.
the room I stayed in was not as clean as I expected - there were some visible stains on the bed sheets and some dust on the furniture.

This hotel is a hidden gem. the location is perfect as it is a short walk from the town center, yet it feels like a peaceful haven away from the hustle and bustle. the garden is beautifully designed, and the pool is a great place to relax. the staff is very friendly and always ready to help. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with one of the most comfortable beds we had during our trip. the breakfast is delicious and made to order.
The language barrier can be a challenge as some of the staff have limited English skills.
